Designed to rival Denver’s outdoor music venues, Notes Live, a rapidly growing hospitality and entertainment company, will open The Sunset, a state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheater that seats 8,000 in the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs in 2023. Designed by acclaimed architect BCA Studios, The Sunset will feature stunning views of the sunset over Pikes Peak, America’s Mountain, just behind the stage at the start of each concert, flanked by the United States Air Force Academy stadium on the left and the iconic Air Force Chapel on the right, as well as amenities such as 60 luxury VIP suites with fireplaces and 4-5 star restaurants.

Notes Live currently has the support of over 60 institutional and retail investors. The company works closely with government authorities in all regions where it develops and is keen to identify markets where local municipalities have economic development dollars to subsidize development costs directly or through tax incentives. Roth first realized his vision of unbeatable music meeting a world-class atmosphere with the Boot Barn Hall concert venue, located on the same Colorado Springs campus as his Bourbon Brothers and Buttermilk restaurants, A Breakfast Eatery. Since opening in February 2019, Boot Barn Hall has quickly become one of Colorado’s premier live music venues, reserving a mix of country and classic rock acts for the upscale population that has moved to the area. .
