Two Dallas-area office buildings changed hands

Sales

Center halfway, a 63,592 square foot office building located at 13465 Midway Road in Farmers Branch, has been sold to Dallas’s Twinrose Investments. Clear Call Properties sold the building. Mark Meyer of Meyer Commercial negotiated the sale with Cullen Dickey of Dickey Property Co. Steve Heldenfels of Jones Lang LaSalle arranged the financing for the acquisition with John Klein of Inwood National Bank.

Holigan Communities LLC purchased Fairways I, a 34,250 square foot office building located at 16250 Knoll Trail Drive in Far North Dallas. Holigan Communities, a local home builder, plans to occupy part of the two-story building, built in 1978. Trevor Franke, Caroline Leary and Andrew Scudder of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the sale by Rose City Partners with Nick Lynn with NAI Robert Lynn.

Wood Partners apartment builder purchased 11.8 acres at the northwest corner of US Highway 380 and FM 2931 in Little Elm from Wood Partners. Ryan Turner, David Davidson Jr. and Edward Bogel of Davidson Bogel Real Estate negotiated the transaction with Paul Knowlton of Provident Realty Advisors.

FCP and VaultCap Partners investors have acquired Corey Place Apartments, a 275-unit garden apartment community at 602 West Pioneer Parkway in Grand Prairie. The transaction is the companies’ first joint venture. Northmarq negotiated the sale and arranged the financing for the transaction.

An investor bought a 24,000 square foot shopping center at 2443 Walnut Hill Ln in Dallas. llison Sibley, Matt Spellman and Ryan Lents with TIG Real Estate Services negotiated the sale with Steven McCoy with Re / Max.

Lovefield SRG Holding LLC purchased a 5,650 square foot retail building at 2720 W. Mockingbird Ln. near Love Field in Dallas. Patrick Hunt and Cullen Finnegan of Trinity Southwest Commercial Real Estate negotiated the sale with Jamie Field of Clay Stapp Co.

Automatic improvements purchased a 4,500 square foot commercial building at 1018 W. Northwest Hwy in Grapevine. Trenton Price with Vision Commercial negotiated the sale with Cathy Green at Major League Realty.

Leases

Lotz car group leased a 62,519 square foot car dealership property at 1001 Preston Road at Bush Turnpike in Plano. David Guinn of Davidson Bogel Real Estate negotiated the lease with John Simmons at JLL.

Harvest roasting leased 35,707 square feet of retail space at Trinity 161 Trade Center on State Highway 161 in Grand Prairie. Matt Dornak, Luke Davis and Sarah Ozanne with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease.

Maccaferri leased 24,950 square feet of retail space at 2626 Skyway Drive in Grand Prairie. Mac Hall with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease.

Serendipity Wines LLC signed a 15,522 square foot lease at 1154 Security Drive in Dallas. Agents Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Charlie Richman with J Small Investments.

Alliance Architects Inc. has extended its office lease to 11,809 square feet at 1600 North Collins in Richardson. Grant Pruitt and Brendan Zrowka of Whitebox Real Estate negotiated the lease with Art Kline of Thompson Realty.

Greysteel Holdings leased 6,095 square feet of office space at Comerica Bank Tower on Main Street in downtown Dallas. JJ Leonard, Matt Wieser and Rhett Miller with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Avison Young.

Wild At Heart Canine Academy leased 2,480 square feet of retail space at 11401 Ridgeview Circle in Keller. Barrett England of Vision Commercial Real Estate negotiated the lease with Ready Real Estate LLC.

Glacier La Michoacana Plus leased 2,347 square feet of retail space from Ridgewood Village, a shopping center located at 2930 S. First Street, Garland for a new location. Gretchen Miller and Stephen Wise with Weitzman handled negotiations with Dynasty Real Estate Inc.

All about dogs leased 1,260 square feet of retail space located in Great Lakes Center at 910 East Main Street in Midlothian. Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease with Sofie Digigli of Graham Company Realty Group.
